Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwanted garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Swing Out Sister designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
